  • Paint Doctors, 573-346-7383.  Denny Youngwirth owns the company (and, I must say,  is quite a character).   Denny's been here at the Lake at least 10 years, and he's been quite successful.  He and his crews have created lots of happy customers, and they keep very busy keeping up with the new and repeat business they get.  They've done work on a number of homes in the subdivision over the years..

There are very few contractors in the area who work on sewage pumps.  This company has been in the area for years and have had a booth at the annual Products and Services Show.   They have worked for at least one homeowner in the subdivision.  They sound pretty reputable, but we don't have much more to go on.
